The Titanic is one of the most well-known sea vessel accidents in the world, let alone historical point in our history. Considering that the tragic event took over 100 years ago, the phenomenon always has a way of coming back into our minds through various channels. For one, I was always intrigued with the history of the Titanic, the opulence for the time, the design, the collision of the iceberg, the following hours, and to see the Titanic in its current state after so many years.
As the world of tourism looks to create new experiences for a world of travels that feels they have seen everything, visiting the gravesite of the Titanic is something truly unique. Now guests can rediscover the world's most famous shipwreck on an eight-day excursion that will led you thousands of meters below the sea to visit the Titanic.
In a strategically designed titanium and carbon fiber mini submarine, you will get to a first-hand look at the remarkable ship, while highly trained staff describe the history and different parts of the wreckage. Going down that deep to see the colossal giant that has been resting on the ocean floor for over a century, will definitely give your Instagram feed a little boost.
Dives take place over a few days, and are be limited to about three passengers per each trip giving you a more intimate experience while you are overcome by the realness of the experience. The journey will start in Canada, where explorers are transported to an expedition ship via helicopter. This new experience will start in the middle of 2018, with more dates planned in 2019.
